Each program under Novalis keeps its own mission, its own work, and its own site. The umbrella doesn't blur them together — it vouches for them. A program standing alone can look like a small, hopeful effort; as one of several substantial programs under a shared nonprofit, it reads as what it is: part of something rooted and real.
Holding them together also lets them share a quiet administrative backbone, so each can pursue its own purpose unhurried. Over time, the people behind each program cross into one another's worlds — and the bridge becomes something everyone tends.
